/ 01 The challenge

Tammy Krings had developed a wide range of powerful leadership and facilitation tools through years of client work. HR leaders and organizational teams regularly asked how they could use these tools within their own workplaces. The problem was that the tools existed in many different forms. Some were fully developed, some lived in scattered documents, and many existed primarily as concepts and processes in Tammy's head. Every time a workshop or facilitation session was needed, materials often had to be recreated or reassembled from scratch. The work was difficult to scale, delivery lacked consistency, and the organization had no sustainable way to package or monetize the tools for broader use.

/ 02 The approach

Three phases. First, we built a proprietary framework that unified the various tools and exercises into a cohesive leadership system, organizing the tools into a connected methodology that clarified how they related to one another, where they fit within leadership development, and how facilitators could apply them. Second, we developed the toolkit assets: presentation decks, participant workbooks, worksheets and facilitation guides, branded graphics, and modular content that could be used individually or combined. Third, we built an online learning and e-commerce platform that allowed Tammy to package and sell the toolkit, organize materials into accessible learning pathways, and create a sustainable revenue stream beyond live facilitation alone.

/ 03 The outcome

The project transformed a collection of powerful but disconnected ideas into a fully developed leadership product ecosystem. Sales increased for both individual workshops and the complete toolkit package. Tammy delivers workshops more efficiently and consistently. The business gained a scalable digital product that could be sold beyond live facilitation. Intellectual property that previously existed informally is now organized into a cohesive, professional system.
