Erin Lego is a brilliant Enneagram coach who needed her materials to match the level of her work. We turned what she was already delivering into an elevated half-day workshop, complete with custom graphics, a dynamic workbook, slide deck, and the marketing materials to sell it.

/ 01 The challenge
Erin is a brilliant Enneagram coach and has been delivering content for leaders and teams for quite some time, but she wasn't happy with the level of polish in her presentation or materials and wanted to deliver longer workshops that she could charge more for. She also wanted to stand apart from the other Enneagram coaches in her area.
/ 02 The approach
We turned what Erin was already delivering into a more elevated half-day workshop, complete with custom graphics, a dynamic workbook, slide deck, and marketing materials to help her sell it.
/ 03 The outcome
Erin came away with a polished workshop product, Creating Powerful Teams, that she could sell at a higher price point, with the visual identity and supporting materials to back it up.
This is a level up from what I was offering before. Having a workbook and better presentation materials makes this easy for me to sell at a higher price point.
